Job Description

We are looking for a Career Consultant with minimum 2 years of experience in the role of Career Consultant/Student Counsellor in Education Industry.

Required Skills

Good proficiency in spoken and written English. Expertise in sourcing/Tracking through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/Projects. Efficient in handling bulk requirements with direct clients. Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task. Proficient in using online tools (Naukri, Monster , Linkedin etc.) and social networking websites like facebook & Twitter for searching candidates. Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers. Acting as first point-of-contact for clients and maintains monthly contact with consultant. Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner. Would be responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. Would be responsible for validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
