Job Description

Actively Involved in Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting profiles within the US Region. Coordinating with Onsite Team and collecting requirements. Providing first class process management to candidates throughout the life cycle of recruitment.

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years working experience in US IT Recruitment. Thorough knowledge on the US Tax terms, Visa Types and aware of the time zones across US. Must have a demonstrable skills and proven track record in US Recruitment. Fluency in English with Neutral Accent or US Accent. Flexible to work in Nigh Shifts. Self-motivated, Confident and Target-oriented.
